What made you decide to jump into the music industry or music business?

When Young Money first formed that drake and wayne combination really pushed me and my cousins over the edge to push the pen to the paper. But after Hearing Kanye I felt that My Subject matter could work with my sound.

What do you think makes you stand out from all the other aspiring and upcoming artists in your genre of music?

In my opinion I stand out with my ability to pour substance over Mainstream beats.

If you could collaborate with ANY artist/band… Who would you choose and why?

Thats a hard question but Either Lauryn Hill or Nas.

What do you think is your biggest Advantage and your biggest Disadvantage about being an Indie artist?

Advantage- I Can Release when I want and how i want.
Disadvantage- It takes longer to build rome.

Do you prefer the Independent route or would you rather sign to a major record label, and why?

I like being independent and I’m making a decent living off my music too. I’m currently reaching out to labels to do good business but only if it makes sense.

Out of all the songs you’ve released, what do you think is your Best song and why?

I would say my best song is “Heartbreakkkk”. It really captured the emotion because i recorded it when i was low and in those dark sad times. Also it is very relateable because everyone got their heartbroken before

Do you miss the era of CD sales OR do you prefer the new wave of music streaming? Explain…

In My opinion Streaming is the easy way out and we don’t have to meet the consumer in person to make back profits. Cd sales is more hand in hand and builds a stronger fanbase. Both has its uses.

Between creating in the studio OR performing live on stage, which is your most enjoyable one and why?

Performing on Stage for sure because I get to see the reaction of my fans.

During your entire journey through the music business, what would you consider your Worst experience?

Paying to Perform at this showcase in Brooklyn and having no one come. I had to rap to the bartender lol

What would you consider your most successful or proudest moment in your music career, so far?

Generating Over 500k streams and building my home studio.

If any, what discourages you the Most about music industry these days?

The Music industry Is shady. My main concern is contracts. When we make contracts more clear and fair the industry will be a better place.

What inspires you the Most about the music industry these days?

So much different blends of sounds. It’s always someone to draw inspiration from.

If you wasn’t in the music business or industry, what do you think you would be doing with your life instead?

I’m a pilates teacher, so teaching pilates until i save enough money to open a Vegan restaurant.

In your own opinion, What is the current music scene like in your local area?

Well I’m in Brazil right now so everything is funk around me. It’s fresh for me and I’m learning about it!

What is on your agenda or what can fans expect to see from you in 2021?

I’m working on my Debut Album Tamo Junto and I’m going to do a partnership with a record label. I’m very confident you’ll see me around more. Thanks for taking the time.
